PLD Solutions is a group owning two brands which are EyeSport and OneCube. We mainly focus on ticketing for sport events but also provide design, digital and communication services to worldwide customers. We also develop websites and apps for clients around the world.
The Headquarter of the company is in Luxembourg, but we work from everywhere Barcelona, Dubaï, Geneva, London and Paris among others cities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- You are fluent in English. French & Spanish would be appreciated
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Identify market opportunities
- Full ownership of the business development strategy
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
- Plan, identify, recruit and onboard the business development team with the help of the HR manager
- Provide support for Regional Managers and Business Developers
- Provide the direction with weekly KPIs reports
- Directly report to CEO
